By using Goddard, you agree to these terms.

Service description

Goddard lets you send physical postcards and letters to elected officials in the United States. We print and mail your message via USPS.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Goddard to:

• Send threatening, harassing, or illegal content
• Impersonate another person
• Send spam or bulk unsolicited mail
• Violate any applicable law

Messages are subject to content moderation. We reserve the right to refuse to print any message that violates these terms.

Payments and refunds

All payments are processed by Stripe. Once a postcard or letter has been sent to the printer, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. If there is a printing or delivery error on our end, we will reprint and resend at no charge.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates based on USPS First Class mail. We are not responsible for USPS delays, misdelivery, or loss.

Limitation of liability

Goddard is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.
